After 25 years in business, we know what it takes to stay ahead of the curve. Today, energy efficiency in replacement windows & doors is crucial, but not enough. You’ve got to answer a few more questions before you buy:
Will my new windows match the unique look of my home?
Selecting windows that complement your home’s unique style is important and builds value in one of your most important investments: your home. It’s an unfortunate truth that many companies will try and pressure you into a lesser window or door product. While this might benefit the company’s bottom line, it most often destroys the potential value you could be building into your home by choosing a better product.
I’ve seen some homes ruined by a poor design experience. Our representatives will take the time to ensure your selection enhances the beauty of your home. We won’t try to force-fit your home to match the product; with our large selection we’ll help you find the perfect replacement window or door to fit your home.
Are my new windows adding to my home’s security?
Let’s face it. Windows and doors are the weakest point of entry for intruders. Your new windows/doors should have dependable devices that help keep rif-raf out and security in. Our product lines come standard with the most advanced, secure and safest designs.
Will they last?
Beware of sales pitches that focus more of your attention on low price and less on quality construction. Our well built windows and doors will bring lasting comfort, beauty and value to your home, saving thousands of dollars in energy costs throughout the years. The average return on investment for our windows is 7 to 10 years.
We’ve all seen the commercials on TV that advertise windows at rock-bottom prices. 50% off this, 30% off that, free installation, free everything. Some commercials make it sound like they pay you to order their windows. Don’t be fooled by these false claims. As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for”. While with other companies it might seem like you’re getting a deal in the beginning, that deal may turn sour 3 to 5 years down the road. An air leak, mold formation, peeling, condensation, dis-coloration, cracking or even worse. The sweetness of low price is soon replaced with the bitterness of poor quality. Even worse if the company you choose isn’t around anymore to honor that iron-clad service contract. What then? At Future Windows & Doors, we say “Dare to Compare”. The final number on your estimate says it all.
By properly installing windows that are market proven, we’ve endured the ultimate test of time. Since 1992, we’ve been installing only the most preferred brands. That means you’re making a sound investment in your home from the very beginning. The bottom line! Comfort, Beauty, Convenience, Maintenance Freedom, Craftsmanship, Security and Value is what Future Windows & Doors builds into your home.
Products that use the latest technologies, exceed the toughest ratings, and have the most diversified stylish designs. Styles range from bare-bone basic windows & doors to the most elaborate composites. More importantly these products must meet our strict quality craftsmanship criteria…such as:
All windows & doors must:
- exceed government standards for every rating category (especially air infiltration).
- be attractive and offer the newest design options.
- be virtually maintenance free.
- meet Future Windows & Doors durability requirements.
- pass a strict Future Windows & Doors 48 point installation quality check (for instance the product-line offered must have symmetry in colors, options and frame style).
- have solid warranties for any problem that may occur in the future…and much more.
These performance and quality tests are done to further insure that the products you buy from us are right in every way.
Consider this: the government has stated that in order to qualify for the current energy tax credit of up to $1,500.00, a window must have a U-factor of .30 or less and SHGC (Solar heat gain coefficient) of .30 or less. Yes, that’s a good U-factor and SHGC…but…that’s only part of the high-energy performance picture. A low U-factor and SHGC rating is great, but means nothing unless the window unit is installed properly.
Your window could have a U-factor of .30 or less and, if installed wrong, could leak air or water. Even the best products will lose valuable energy without proper installation. That is why our focus is on properly installing products that are nationally recognized for quality, durability, and beauty. We offer our customers the highest possible degree of job accuracy and workmanship through continuous refinement of the installation process.
At Future Windows & Doors we make sure all important ratings on a window meet our tough installation standards of excellence. Your satisfaction with the job five, ten, or twenty+ years from now…that’s what we strive to achieve.
